src/data/eowl-words.txt is generated (scripts/build_wordlist.py) from the English Open Word
List compiled by Ken Loge. EOWL is derived from the UK Advanced Cryptics Dictionary (UKACD)
Version 1.6, by J Ross Beresford, whose licence requires the following notice:

  The following restriction is placed on the use of this publication: if The UK Advanced
  Cryptics Dictionary is used in a software package or redistributed in any form, the
  copyright notice must be prominently displayed and the text of this document must be

  distributed as widely as possible.

NOTE FOR THE SITE OWNER: the copy of EOWL-v1.1.2.zip used for this build contained only the
word files and "EOWL Version Notes.txt" (no licence/readme document). Before publishing,
replace the notice above with the verbatim licence text from the official EOWL distribution
(its "EOWL README"/licence file), as the UKACD licence requires the document to be included
verbatim.
